This policy explains how SenMotive LLC (“SenMotive,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through senmotive.com and our booking form. We keep it short and specific: we collect what we need to talk with you about your business, and we don’t sell your information.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you book a free call, we collect:
- Your name, business name, mobile number, email address and website.
- Your type of business, the services you’re interested in, any AI goals or notes you add, and the call time you choose.
Proof of texting consent
If you agree to receive text messages, we record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, your browser type and the page you were on. We keep this as proof of your consent.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use it only for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.
Site analytics
To see how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies. It counts page views anonymously, recording things like the page visited, the website that sent you, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. It tells visits apart with a temporary code that is discarded after 24 hours, so it can’t follow you from day to day or across other websites, and we can’t use it to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or session recording tools. We don’t allow third parties to collect information about your activity over time or across other websites when you use our site. If this ever changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm and prepare for your free call.
- To contact you about your request by phone, by email, or by text message if you agreed to texts.
- To answer your questions and follow up about our services.
- To keep records of consent, and to protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site, so we can improve it.
- To comply with the law.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Text messages
Texting is optional and never required to book. If you check the box on our booking form, SenMotive LLC will text you about your free call, including booking confirmations, reminders and follow up messages about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We don’t sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt in data and consent. We share them only with service providers that help us send our own messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, and only for that purpose.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), for our contact records, scheduling and messaging.
- Supabase, for secure storage of booking requests.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides our site analytics, which don’t use cookies.
- Google Workspace, for business email.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging opt in data and consent. We don’t share that information with any third parties, other than the service providers that deliver our own messages.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our business or others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. We keep texting consent records for at least 5 years, because the law allows consent to be challenged for several years.
How we protect information
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Booking requests are stored in a database that the public website can add to but cannot read, and only our team can access the information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if the law requires it after a security incident.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or delete your information: email us at info@senmotive.com. We’ll confirm your request and respond within 45 days.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
- California residents: you can review and request changes to the information we hold about you by emailing us. We don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
- Other states: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your information. We honor these requests from anyone, whether or not a law requires us to.
Do Not Track and privacy signals
We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, so our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also note it on our home page.
