These terms cover your use of senmotive.com, which is operated by SenMotive LLC. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them. If you become a client, a separate written service agreement governs our services.
Our services and pricing
This site describes the website and customer reply services we offer. We show our standard pricing openly: $499 to launch, which covers setup and your first month, then $349 per month, month to month. The exact scope, timeline and any custom work are confirmed in writing before work begins. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Free calls
Our calls are free and come with no obligation. Booking a call doesn’t make you a client or commit you to anything.
Using the site
- Give accurate information, and only submit contact details that are yours or that you’re allowed to share.
- Don’t use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit forms or collect content.
- Don’t try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the systems behind it.
Text messages
Texts you agree to receive from us are covered by our SMS Terms. Agreeing to texts is optional and never required to book or to buy anything.
Content and example websites
The content on this site, including text, design and graphics, belongs to SenMotive LLC or is used with permission. You may view it for your own information. The example websites shown on this site are sample designs made by SenMotive. They are not client projects or client results.
Other websites and tools
The site may link to or rely on services run by others, such as our scheduling and messaging providers. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we don’t guarantee any particular business result, such as a number of leads or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SenMotive LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. This section doesn’t limit anything in a signed service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
