What you’ll receive

Texts about your free call, including booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and follow up messages about your request. We don’t send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you join

You join by checking the texting box on our booking form and submitting it. Joining is optional: it isn’t required to book a call, and it isn’t a condition of buying anything. See how texting opt in works, with screenshots of each step.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages for each call you book.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also email us to opt out. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP for help, or email info@senmotive.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program supports US and Canadian mobile numbers.

Privacy

We don’t share or sell your mobile number or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
